1.     Define the sensitivity of a multimeter. Draw the block diagram of a simple multimeter and explain its operation?

2.     A shunt type ohmmeter uses a basic meter with a full scale current of 2ma and an internal resistance of 25Ω. The battery has an emf of 1.5v. Find (i)The value of resistance R1, (ii) At what point will 100Ω be marked on the scale?

3.     Draw the block diagram of a function generator and explain the method of producing sine wave?

4.     Draw the neat diagrams of horizontal deflection systems and explain briefly about their working?

5.     a) Draw and explain the principle and working of a Dual Trace Oscilloscope?

     b) Explain the operation of 10 : 1 probe in detail?

6. Explain the concept of strain gauges and thermocouples in detail?

7. How are Transducers classified? Give examples and briefly explain about the Principle of operation of each of them.

8. Explain the working of the following piezoelectric transducers:
